Thor Frog by Skottie Young
And so goes the tale...
A frog was hopping around a farmyard, when it decided to investigate the barn. Being a little too careless, and maybe a little too curious as well, it ended up falling into a bucket half-filled with fresh milk.
As it swam about attempting to reach the top of the bucket, it found that the sides of the bucket were too high and steep to reach...
It tried to stretch its back legs to push off the bottom of the bucket, but found it too deep. However, determined to not give up, the frog continued to struggle.
It kicked and squirmed and kicked and squirmed, until at last, all its churning about in the milk had turned the milk into a big hunk of butter.
The butter was now solid enough for the frog to climb onto and get out of the bucket.
Don't underestimate the power of persistence, or to quote Winston Churchill: "Success is stumbling from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm."
